1. Project Objectives

Rebuild the outdated system into an IT Service Management System to:

- Strengthen systematic integration and monitoring of user requirements.

- Manage all stages of the process systematically, from pre-consultation on system development to completion.

- Prevent procedural omissions and enhance work efficiency.

- Support objective and rational decision-making through management of implementation indicators for each project stage, thereby maximizing work productivity.


2. Background

Due to difficulties in reflecting requirements caused by the aging Daegu Bank ITSM system and decreased system processing speed, a rebuild is necessary from an operational perspective.

Additionally, to improve monitoring functions related to project quality and strengthen test management by linking with the test system, integration of the test system is required.


3. Expected Benefits
