[2017 ITSM Conference]

The 12th ITSM Conference successfully concluded on September 5, 2017, at COEX.

Held under the theme “Digital Service Management Strategies in the Era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution,” the conference addressed the rapid digitalization of industries driven by the advancement of internet, mobile technologies, and IoT. As industrial environments evolve, companies are required to respond swiftly and diversely by adopting new business models based on ICT convergence or transitioning to digital ecosystems to ensure survival.

The event showcased strategies for creating value through effective utilization of cloud computing, which has already become a standard in enterprise environments, and explored trends in digital transformation using various ICT technologies. It also featured STEG’s corporate case studies and technologies, presenting practical approaches to digital transformation and ITSM.
