1. Rebuild aging IT equipment on a G-Cloud foundation and improve IT management processes while establishing a standardized informatization management system to implement an advanced IT management framework for delivering modern postal services.

1. Optimize and modernize the IT service management system tailored to the Korea Post Information Center’s operational environment
2. Reinforce the importance of EA (Enterprise Architecture) management by redefining EA-related regulations and procedures
3. Overcome system aging and dependency to establish a foundation for sustainable growth
4. Improve operational efficiency, system utilization, and user convenience through integration of distributed similar functions

1. Establish a Standardized Informatization Management Framework
- Redefine internal operational guidelines to strengthen informatization project performance management
- Establish EA-related regulations and procedures for Korea Post informatization
2. Build an Optimized IT Service Environment
- Rebuild systems based on a common framework and standard architecture
- Implement systems capable of responding flexibly to business and operational changes
3. Improve Business Processes
- Analyze current business processes and IT Integrated Management System to identify improvements
- Rebuild the IT Integrated Management System by consolidating functions of IT Portal, ITAMS, informatization project and performance management, integrated incident management, ITSM, and SLM systems
