Doosan Information & Communication has successfully taken a phased approach to ITSM, starting with Service Support consulting in 2005, Service Support system implementation in 2006, and Service Delivery consulting in 2010. Based on the results of the existing Service Delivery consulting, TELSK will efficiently build the IT Service Delivery management system to complete Doosan Information & Communication’s IT service management framework.
Through the successful implementation of Doosan Information & Communication’s IT Service Delivery management system, we will provide a PDCA Life Cycle-based service framework that delivers various expected benefits from both customer and internal perspectives, covering planning, execution, monitoring, and improvement.
