was awarded a commendation by the Korea Health and Welfare Information Development Institute in recognition of its contribution to improving the efficiency of information-related operations through the successful implementation of Word-i (ITSM).

This award acknowledges STEG’s achievements since 2012 in the “Integrated Support System for Information System Construction and Operation” project, which included building ITSM based on STEG’s proprietary solution, e-Gene ITSM, expanding the Service Delivery area, enhancing operational statistics, and successfully improving dashboard functionality. These efforts contributed to providing effective health and welfare information services and improving customer satisfaction.

Meanwhile, STEG is currently working on the “Customer Consultation Management Process Improvement and Consultation System Advancement Project” for the Korea Health and Welfare Information Development Institute. Through this project, STEG is expanding the previously implemented Integrated Support System (ITSM) to include customer consultation management processes, thereby establishing a foundation for improving public service and ensuring the effectiveness of SR management.
