STEG has been awarded and will carry out the consulting project for obtaining ISO20000 certification for the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service (hereinafter referred to as ‘HIRA’).

This project aims to enhance work transparency and efficiency by establishing an integrated infrastructure operation and management system for HIRA, and to improve the quality of public services through the advancement of IT service processes that can be continuously improved.
