Hello, this is STEG Inc.

Since 2018, we have been conducting E-GENE™ Bootcamp Training for customers who have adopted the E-GENE™ ITSM solution to ensure effective utilization of the platform.

This session, titled “Technical Strategy Seminar for ITSM Operators,” was delivered as a customized one-on-one training based on the expertise of STEG employees. It provided an opportunity to identify current challenges and requirements faced by customers and offer practical solutions and alternatives.

By bringing together ITSM operators from various client organizations, the seminar created a space for knowledge sharing and mutual understanding, allowing participants to exchange operational know-how and discuss common challenges.

Thanks to the active participation of many customer representatives despite their busy schedules, the seminar concluded successfully. Moving forward, STEG Inc. will continue to provide ongoing E-GENE™ Bootcamp training for ITSM operators.

Once again, thank you for your support!

How well do you know the E-GENE™ Platform?

- Maximizing development and operational efficiency with the E-GENE™ Platform paradigm -

Reducing time and cost for web UI/UX development depends on how quickly and easily screens can be created.

The E-GENE™ Platform integrates data modeling, process design, screen configuration, and control flow into a single cycle, making it a highly efficient development platform widely adopted by leading companies in today’s fast-paced development environment.

- E-GENE™ Platform provides essential tools for ITSM system operations -

The core of ITSM system management lies in maintaining, improving, and modifying processes, which requires seamless integration between internal and external systems.

E-GENE™ Platform supports this through modules such as DATA Adapter for easy event integration and external call modules (EXDU – External Data Update, Data Mapping).

# Bootcamp Proficiency Exam – Pizza Order Management

Overview

Learn how to design and implement a process using the E-GENE™ solution through a practical example at a fictional store, MK Pizza.

The exercise involves creating a workflow where a customer (Hong Gil-dong) places an order at MK Pizza, and the store processes the order. Using E-GENE™ Portal and E-GENE™ System Console, participants will implement workflows, entities, and forms, register users, and configure permissions to create screens for both customers and store staff.

Purpose

This hands-on project helps beginners understand how to implement real processes in the system using the E-GENE™ solution.

Participants will learn:

- How to implement workflows and entities based on the designed process

- How to create forms for activities and tasks within workflows

- How to configure menus, users, and permissions to build accessible screens
