STEG has launched the ITSM reconstruction project for Busan Bank.
Busan Bank aims to establish a foundation for efficient IT governance through centralization, standardization, simplification, and automation of IT operations. This includes compliance with various regulations (such as supervisory rules and internal accounting management) and the ability to automatically extract and present related reports.
Additionally, the bank plans to implement sustainable execution strategies across the entire IT operations lifecycle—from IT service planning, budgeting, project execution, operational transition, to performance management. This will include defining standards for estimating workloads for all IT service activities and enabling real-time monitoring of resource status to improve productivity management.
Through this ITSM reconstruction, Busan Bank will integrate and manage a wide range of systems and tools, including:
- Groupware
