BNK Busan Bank Completes IT Service Standardization and Optimization

STEG, in collaboration with Kyndryl, has successfully completed the IT service standardization and optimization project for BNK Busan Bank.


BNK Busan Bank has standardized IT service operations based on workflows, enabling efficient IT governance and allowing the bank to respond quickly to various compliance requirements.


Additionally, the bank can now monitor execution plans and resource allocation in real time across all processes—from IT service planning and budgeting to project execution, operational transition, and performance management—significantly improving productivity.


The project also identified and improved unnecessary processes, standardized testing phases, and established control procedures and measures for various programs, thereby creating a management framework to drive the bank’s digital transformation.


Previously, BNK Busan Bank selected Kyndryl Korea and STEG as its digital innovation partners.


By leveraging Kyndryl Korea’s consulting expertise and STEG’s workflow-based no-code platform (E-GENE ITSM), the bank modernized its ITSM system, achieving systematic integration and operational optimization.
