“Today, digital transformation refers to the process of improving or creating new business processes, culture, and customer experiences through digital technologies to meet changing business environments and market demands.
The purpose of digital transformation is to increase efficiency through the application of digital technologies and to create new value by innovating existing processes and business models. To achieve this, rapid testing cycles to create business and customer value, along with continuous improvement through measurement and evaluation, are essential. This changing environment has acted as a trigger for software development approaches based on No-Code and Low-Code.
In other words, successful digital transformation requires innovation in processes and business models. To achieve this, business models and workflows must be implemented quickly within applications and be easily adaptable. The most efficient approach is through ITSM solutions, which manage services and processes by performing Define, Control, Measure, Evaluation, and Improve.
The E-GENE ITSM solution is a specialized ITSM solution based on a No-Code platform with an embedded workflow engine. By leveraging No-Code platform technology, users can easily transform complex processes and support expansion into ESM (Enterprise Service Management),” Min concluded.
