Kim Sung-Joong, Head of TmaxSoft Singapore (left), and Park Geon, Deputy General Manager at STEG (formerly Adjunct Professor at Baewha Women’s University), recently held a ceremony for the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on the expansion of ITSM solutions in the APAC region.

On January 18, STEG signed an MOU with TmaxSoft Singapore, a leading enterprise software company, during the “2023 Global Business Roundtable” organized by KOIIA. The agreement aims to promote the adoption of IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions across APAC by offering the companies’ solutions as a bundled package.

The MOU includes:

• - Development of integration and business modeling between STEG’s ITSM solution E-GENE ITSM and TmaxSoft’s web application server (WAS) JEUS
• - Joint business initiatives in the Asia-Pacific region
• - Collaboration with partner companies
