EGENE Collabo PMS, Cooperation Tool to Improve Work Productivity

STEG, as an ITIL-based ITSM solution provider, has provided a variety of solutions and services for IT organizations. In response to market changes, the company is also entering the PMS/coopertaion tool market. As a result, we have launched Collabo PMS, a product that incorporates the Agile concept, one of the fundamental elements of ITIL 4. Collabo PMS facilitates user workflow with features such as team communication, task and schedule management, file sharing, and note-taking. It also incorporates the Agile methodology, a development method that involves repetitive tasks throughout the project lifecycle, offering Kanban, Gantt, and list-based task boards. Users can utilize Collabo PMS across a wide range of specialized fields. By utilizing the solution for the purpose of achieving a single goal and as a tool for collaboration and work system transformation, it can achieve positive results in terms of business outcomes. As STEG has launched an application that provides the work execution method of the Agile methodology and IT PMS of the Waterfall method based on the project management methodology, it provides a separate portal screen that integrates IT PMS & Collaboration PMS, allowing creation, viewing, and modification of IT projects and small-scale internal projects & tasks.

Collabo PMS provides independent workspaces for managing tasks by status based on projects. It also offers convenient features such as task-specific diagrams, calendars, and timelines to enhance readability.

If you are a project member with access to a workspace, you can freely add, edit, and view tasks previously managed manually through the "Tasks" menu. PMS tasks offer agile board (Kanban, Gantt, List) functionality to enhance management efficiency. The default view is Kanban, which follows the Agile methodology and allows easy status management through drag-and-drop functionality.

Gantt view provides basic task management functions as well as a timeline, enhancing task visibility.

List view allows easy task progress modification and provides a basic list-style UI.

Added tasks are displayed at a glance based on start and end dates through calendar function provided for each project. Furthermore, the functionality extends beyond simply sharing meeting schedules to sharing project team members' vacation schedules.

In addition, Collabo PMS offers a variety of features for collaboration, including task-specific comments, web document functionality, drives, and member invitations. The 2024 development plan focuses on Collabo PMS's cooperation capabilities, especially on plug-in integration, UX improvements to enhance user convenience, and enhancements to existing features to prepare for application growth.
