[Hyperautomation Conference] Increase Agility and Flexibility with No-code, Multi-mode ITMS
"Data is collected on IT Service Management (ITSM) basis. ITSM approaches the service lifecycle, covering all aspects of governance, and is implemented for optimized service manangement. By continuously receiving customer feedback at a rapid pace in two-way service relationship, productivity can be increased."
STEG Director of Service, Min Chang-seon, stated on the 2nd at No-code, Low-code Hyperautomation Conference held at Seoul Yangjae EL Tower Grace Hall. He described how to accelerate productivity of organizational systems such as ITSM by adopting no-code platform. STEG is a company with solution portfolio that can effectively construct ITSM system in no-code basis.

Director Min said, "ITSM can be called as IT Governance itself." He added, "ITSM has been given the challenge that it should be provided on SaaS basis. Furthermore, in repsopnse to the demand for digital transformation, it will evolve into and IT Business ERP Backbone (network hub), and data will be collected on ITSM basis in PaaS environment that automates simple, repetitive tasks."
This means that ITSM approaches to the service lifecycle covering entire governance landscape.
Director Min explained, "ITSM means defining consumer requirements and realizing values. This means the two-way, not one-way, service relationship."
According to Director Min, to continuously create value in complex IT service environment, multi-mode ITSM capability to perform IT service management optimized for each situation is essential. Multi-mode ITSM enhances organizational adaptability, operational capability, and resilience capability. Director Min added, "We need to continuously receive feedback from coustomers and respond quickly. To achieve this, we must implement no-code platform."
"No-code is essential not only in ITSM but also in IT," he emphasized. Director Min also described STEG's E-GENE solution workflow platform. This platform provides customization function of ITSM technological elements on drag-on-drop basis without source coding.
This delivers effectiveness, agility, and flexibility throughout the system lifecycle, from construction to operation. Director Min stated, "This platform offers a variety of features and flexibility to solve modern business challenges and support ongoing digital innovation. To accelerate business agility, IT delivery and operation methods must evolve beyond the traditional consistent approach to a multi-modal approach."
