The "EBP Developer 25" Event has been Held at the L Tower in Yangjae-dong on the 8th.
STEG: "We will play the role of ServiceNow and SalesForce in Korea."
"STEG will open its E-Gene Business Platform (EBP) based on automated workflows, enabling the coexistence of over 1,000 innovative enterprise software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications."

Lim Hyun-gil, CEO of STEG, gave the opening speech at the event.
At the 'E-Gene Business Platform Developer 25' event held at the L Tower in Yangjae-dong, Seoul on the 8th, STEG CEO Lim Hyeon-gil said that it is time for Korea to create an enterprise SaaS platform company like ServiceNow or Salesforce.
The event featured STEG unveiling approximately 30 enterprise-ready applications (services) leveraging its Business Platform (EBP). EBP is a no-code workflow-based business platform that has enabled STEG to lead the market with flexibly complying with the demands of its customers over 17 years in the IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions market. It is also Korea's first business platform with an AI agent.
CEO Lim said, “The Fourth Industrial Revolution, which we have now forgotten, is like a 100-meter dash that has just left the starting point.” He pointed out that “In our personal lives, we live in a world where everything can be solved with a smartphone, but on the industrial side, we still rely on development projects (framework-based coding) to address necessary digital issues.” He stated, “The Fourth Industrial Revolution is an environment where companies can immediately apply the digital transformation necessary for current issues and build digital workplaces that can iterate on improvements based on that experience.” He added, “Currently, companies and public institutions still go through the process of business planning, budget securing, development projects, and service launching, which takes about two years, so by the time the service is launched, the digital innovation has already become outdated.”
He said, “To solve these problems, a service platform is needed. Unlike existing development frameworks, a service platform is a foundational environment where thousands of services are already prepared, allowing companies to immediately use the services they need, and where new services on the supplier side can easily be launched. In the U.S., ServiceNow and Salesforce are playing this role.”

Lim Hyeon-gil, CEO of STEG, gave an opening speech to an audience of approximately 500 people.

Spectators are experiencing the development program set up at the event venue.
At the event, the development process and experience of online-to-offline (O2O) services such as △implementing a new application (AP) service in 20 minutes using EBP, △sharing public playgrounds, pet vaccinations, and booking movies and food together, △industrial safety and health (ESH) introduction cases, multi-cloud asset information collection, and education and training management, as well as the development process of numerous corporate services were introduced and an opportunity to directly demonstrate them was also provided through an experience booth.

Kang Dong-seok, Chairman of the Korea Digital Government Association, gave a congratulatory speech at the event.
Meanwhile, Kang Dong-seok, Chairman of the Korea Digital Government Association, who gave a congratulatory speech, said at the event, “It was a meaningful opportunity to share and experience the infinite possibilities of no-code technology,” and “I am confident that the business platform presented by STEG can definitely help with the digital transformation of finance and companies, and will be a rain shower on the lack of a business platform in public institutions.”
