STEG (CEO Lim Hyun-gil), an IT service management company, announced that it has signed a "Strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for IT Service Management (ITSM) solution business cooperation" with ITCEN CLOIT. This agreement aims to combine the technological prowess and experience of both companies to innovatively advance the provision of solution-based integrated services in various industries, including the public, education, and manufacturing.

STEG holds the leading position in the domestic ITSM market, surpassing global companies. Its "E-GENE™ ITSM" solution is a leading force in the systematization and automation of IT service management. Its strength lies in its ability to easily integrate and manage complex business processes with drag-and-drop simplicity, utilizing no-code and low-code technologies. Through R&D directly aligned with the needs of corporate and institutional clients, STEG is expanding its reach and gaining trust in conservative industries such as the public sector and finance.

Through this collaboration, ITCEN CLOIT aims to leverage STEG's robust ITSM solution business and accelerate market development and customer acquisition. ITCEN CLOIT has been leading digital innovation, leveraging its accumulated experience and technological prowess in the public, finance, and enterprise. Through this agreement, both companies aim to strengthen their position in the integrated solutions market and provide optimized services to customers.

The two companies plan to establish a technical consulting and collaboration system centered around STEG's solutions, and maximize synergies by combining their ecosystems. Specifically, they will closely share technology and information of ITSM and no-code platform, actively pursuing business development and joint marketing activities to expand into domestic and international markets.

STEG CEO Lim Hyun-gil stated, "Through this collaboration, we aim to achieve advanced digital innovation with ITCEN CLOIT. We anticipate providing world-class infrastructure and ITSM to a wider range of companies."

“This collaboration will create new possibilities by combining the strengths of both companies,” said Lee Se-hee, CEO of ITCEN CLOIT. “By combining STEG’s unrivaled ITSM/ESM no-code technology and ITCEN CLOIT’s new technological capabilities encompassing DX and AX, we will do our best to create meaningful results not only in the domestic market but also in overseas markets and establish ourselves as a key partner in digital transformation.”
