STEG Selected as a "Best Family Friendly Management Company"

STEG (CEO Lim Hyun-gil), an IT service management (ITSM) company, announced on the 2nd that it has been selected as a "Best Family Friendly Management Company" by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family.


The Best Family Friendly Management Certification program recognizes companies that have exemplary family-friendly policies to help employees balance work and family life.


STEG is a leader in fostering a family-friendly culture, encompassing everything from childbirth and childcare to the health of individual employees. In particular, all female employees with children under the age of eight are eligible for parental leave or reduced working hours, and male employees are also encouraged to take leaves before and after childbirth and parental leave, which has been highly praised.


STEG also operates various programs to help employees focus on both work and family life, including smoking cessation subsidies, filial piety money on Parents' Day, biennial overseas workshop for all employees, and relaxation space with massage chair.


Last September, STEG was also selected as a "Korea's Best Job Company" by the Ministry of Employment and Labor. This recognition stems from its rapid growth in the ITSM market, expanding youth employment and achieving 100% full-time employment, creating quality jobs. Furthermore, STEG's female employee ratio stands at 37.8%, significantly exceeding the 21% average for the information and communications technology sector as stated in the 2024 Women's Economic Activity White Paper. Furthermore, with its Best Family Friendly Management certification, STEG has established itself as a model company for achieving rapid growth, quality employment, and a family-friendly culture.
