E-GENE™ DIP for ITSM 2.5 is a software used for data integration and data migration.
Using Data Integrate Pipeline (DIP) software, users can visually map source and target data and set conversion rules on the UI without programming, and batch processing can be done through scheduling. DIP also supports almost all DBMS (Oracle, MS SQL, DB2, Sybase, Infomix, My SQL) and SAM and Excel files used in Korea.

E-GENE™ DIP for ITSM 2.5 provides a rule-based real-time integration API through XML settings to transfer data to the target table for real-time integration.
